Executive coaching is a partnership. It is one of the closest relationships two people can have. My clients bare their souls to me and know they are safe. Confidentiality and acceptance are two of the main cornerstones of my coaching. It is only when my clients are truly vulnerable and authentic with me that I am best able to help them achieve their goals. By knowing that they can trust me, that what they share with me goes in the vault and stays there, clients are able to work through thoughts and feelings in a way that helps them get through to the other side of confidence and effectiveness.

Few people automatically know how to be great leaders. The rest either never learn or learn through others. The incredible leaders I work with are smart and brave enough to learn through our coaching. I take what I have learned over the past 35 years and share it with my clients. I use what I learned as a leader, both from others and through my own experience and what I have learned from the thousands of individuals and teams I have worked with over the past 21 years. It has been an incredible journey and it so rewarding to share it with others who are eager to learn and grow. Watching them blossom into great leaders is the greatest gift one can receive.

Coaching Structure:

- Two Zoom sessions/month (in-person available in SF South Bay area)

- Unlimited email and spot check-ins in between sessions

- Initial package is for 6-months and can be extended monthly as desired

- 360 degree interviews at beginning and end of engagement

- Various relevant assessments included as applicable
