Kim Zilliox, CEO of KZ Leadership is an Executive Coach and Leadership Development Consultant and Expert. She has 21 years of experience coaching thousands of individuals and teams on a variety of topics related to success in the workplace. Kim has spoken at various organizations and conferences including Cisco, Intel, Oracle, eBay, Google, Disney, CompHealth, Stanford, Santa Clara University, USF, and the Network of Executive Women. 

Previously, Kim experienced a successful sales and executive management career in the communication and software industries where she consistently produced results in the top 10% in the country. Kim won numerous awards, established multi million-dollar global implementations, and managed others to become great leaders themselves.

Kim has co-authored two books on leadership: Savvy Leadership Strategies for Women, and Ready, Aim, Excel.  She was also featured in Published! magazine. Kim earned an M.B.A. from UC Irvine, an M.A. in Career Counseling from Santa Clara University, and a B.A. in Psychology from UC Santa Barbara. She is a Certified Coach, is qualified in the MBTI and Strong Interest Inventory; is certified in the Love ‘Em or Lose ‘Em Workshop by CSI, the Lominger 360, HBDI, and True Colors; and is an expert in the DiSC instrument and StrengthsFinder. Kim has been an advisor to the California Career Development Association, and a member of SBODN, ASTD, BAAPT, and the National Speaker Association.
